Vial

Vial is made of die formed nu-gold and copper jump rings and is meant to be worn in the inverted palm, hanging in the balance between being held and being dropped. The broken edge evokes the molecular structure of a substance contained within such the capsule. Copper chains drip from the inside, evoking the essence of a spilling liquid. The nu-gold has been patinated a brown color and the copper a green color, to express the chemical reaction that occurs as copper ages.
